One more thing we have to take care when change column name....

Error message when you try to change the name of a site column back to its original name in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0: "The column name that you entered is already in use or reserved."

Hello again,

Working with Sharepoint to me is becaming more planing, performance and Architect Sharepoint, develomp is a very large and complex task, because when we are creating frameworks we give flexibility and more solutions to developer and final users, but we have to see more far, upgrades future and pro and against we gonna met, and in the end dont turn sharepoint slower than we meet.

This links are a good start if you are a developer and a Sharepoint Administrator, Hope you like the decision you take on start working with Sharepoint. 

I dont regret, but remember This Sharepoint is not 1, is a lot of others aplication, like a hear a few days ago, "Sharepoint will be Operation System of Entreprise Companys" :P
